By luck saw this in a mall today in Dubai. A lot of heavily discounted products (not just un-popular ones, but a lot of well know products are going for 80% off).
For example, I got the Perfect in Pink Fragrance Mist for 20 AED (original price is 100 AED). Husband got things like beard oil (20 AED from 85 AED), body wash (25 AED from 90 AED) as well.
Also, if you spend over 350 AED online, you get 10% off by using the code TREATAE
Staff members in the store mentioned that the deal ends around the 8th of April.
