Not so applicable for us residents but if you got friends or family visiting UAE, through Etihad, they are now eligible for complimentary medical travel insurance (up to 15 days). If you are planning a Jordan trip, Royal Jordanian has direct flights from Abu Dhabi to Aqaba. Finally Wizz Air is coming back to the UAE this October with five European routes flying out of Abu Dhabi. Destinations include Budapest, Sofia, and Larnaca, with fares starting from 159 AED or 269 AED return. As you can see in the attached screenshot, I inputted Larnaca and for October, I got the price of 159 dirhams, and that's if you're not a member, but if you're a member, it would be 114.
