halasaves (“halasaves”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a community deals and coupons platform operated by Nourly FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed by the Dubai Development Authority under Licence No. 107351, with its registered office at Premise No. HD72B, in5 Tech, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using halasaves (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Community Guidelines and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to register an account or contribute content. Anyone may browse public pages without an account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any registration at our discretion, including where required by law or to protect other users.
You agree not to:
Content that violates UAE law — including the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021) and the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (deals, comments, images). By submitting content, you grant Nourly FZ-LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, distribute, and create derivative works of that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. You warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party right.
halasaves is not a seller and does not transact with you. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any merchant or brand listed on the Service unless expressly stated. Deals and coupons are submitted by community members or aggregated from public sources, and we do not warrant their accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. For any issue with a purchase, refund, delivery, or product quality, contact the relevant merchant directly.
Some links on the Service may be affiliate links from which we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which deals appear in community feeds or how community votes are counted.
We rely on the community to keep the Service useful and lawful. If you believe any deal, comment, or other content on halasaves is misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, infringes your rights, or otherwise breaches these Terms or UAE law, please report it using the in-page report controls or by emailing report@halasaves.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and act on well-founded notices promptly. We may remove, restrict, or restore content at our discretion based on these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Repeat or bad-faith reporters may themselves be sanctioned.
We will cooperate with lawful requests, orders, and notices from UAE courts, regulators, the UAE Media Council, the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, the Dubai Development Authority, and law-enforcement bodies, including by removing or restricting access to content and disclosing user information when required by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
You may deactivate your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that breaches these Terms, harms the community, exposes us or third parties to liability, or is otherwise unlawful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 5, 10, 11, and 12) will survive.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any deal, price, coupon, or community-submitted content.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Nourly FZ-LLC, its managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nourly FZ-LLC against any third-party claim, demand, or proceeding (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of (a) content you submit to the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dubai (onshore) shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under UAE law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
