By accessing or using HalaSaves (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Deal Sharing Guidelines, Commenting Guidelines, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts are non-transferable. HalaSaves reserves the right to refuse or terminate any registration at its discretion.
You agree not to:
Content that violates UAE law — including the UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021) — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
You retain ownership of content you share. By sharing, you grant UAE Bargains a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You must not share content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. HalaSaves may monitor and disclose information where required by law.
You may deactivate your account at any time. HalaSaves may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community, other users, or third parties.
HalaSaves is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of deals shared by community members. HalaSaves is not affiliated with any merchants listed on this website. Users indemnify HalaSaves against all third-party claims, legal costs, and damages arising from use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
