Full refunds for Etihad flights till 15th May

Cancelled flight? You may request a full refund if you're travelling before 15 April 2026 through Manage My Booking if you booked your tickets directly through us. If your ticket was issued by a travel agent, please contact them directly to arrange your refund.

Rebook free of charge onto an Etihad-operated flight up to 15 May 2026 if you’re holding an Etihad ticket issued on or before 28 February 2026, with original travel dates up to 15 April 2026. Please visit Manage My Booking for available options or contact us to arrange your rebooking.

If you booked through a travel agent, please contact them directly for rebooking or refund assistance.
