QE2 and SEVEN Wellness are running free Mat Pilates sessions on the open deck of the QE2 as part of Dubai Fitness Challenge (Dubai 30×30). Three sessions across two days:
- 31 October at 8:00 AM
- 1 November at 8:00 AM
- 1 November at 5:00 PM
Sessions focus on core strength, flexibility and posture, led by SEVEN Wellness trainers. All levels are welcome and mats are provided. The deck overlooks the Dubai marina and skyline, so not a bad setting for a workout.
To book: SEVEN Wellness members book through the SEVEN app. QE2 in-house guests can register at check-in. If you haven't used SEVEN+ before, you can book using a complimentary trial credit.
