BodyBase Dubai is opening up for free classes all weekend on 31 October and 1 November as part of Dubai Fitness Challenge 2026. Good for first-timers or anyone who's been wanting to drag a friend along.
They run two class formats: BaseGym (high-intensity strength training) and BaseFlow (breath-led, mind-body work). Both use their BaseLine Machine, which is their patented take on a reformer.
