Palm Jumeirah Mall is joining the Dubai Fitness Challenge this year with a series of free wellness sessions on their West Rooftop. Running from 31 October to 29 November, you can join yoga, Pilates, stretching and cycling classes at no cost.
Open to all fitness levels. You do need to register in advance though, the full schedule and sign-up are on palmjumeirahmall.ae.
