Times Square Center is running Haunted Timesylvania, their Halloween event from 29 Oct to 1 Nov, with free entry to all activities. There's face painting, creepy crafts workshops, and live stage shows with Magic Phil and Friends (The Ghoulty Towers Hotel and a Monster Party dance show). Described as playful rather than scary, so it works for all ages.
The Spooky Sweet Trail, which is trick-or-treating across participating stores, runs on 31 Oct from 2-4PM specifically.
If your kid has a costume, the Kids' Halloween Costume Competition is on 1 Nov at 5PM, with prize bundles for winners.
Runs 12PM-7PM daily at Times Square Center, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Quoz.
