Dubai Sports World is doing a free day of Yoga on the 21st of June from 7am. Make sure you register before you go with the link. Also there is free parking (you gotta validate there).

• 7:00 - 7:45: Hatha Yoga by Shivam Yoga

• 7:45 - 8:40: Green Yoga by Swasti Yoga

• 8:40 - 9:30: Hip Opening Workshop by Shunyam Wellness

• 9:30 - 10:00: Short Break, Opening & Main Session

• 10:00 - 10:45: Yoga Session by Allaoua

• 10:45 - 12:00: Yoga Followed by Sound Healing by Heartfulness

• 12:00 - 12:15: Pause & Reset

• 12:15 - 1:00: Corporate Wellness Session by ēka & Lululemon

• 1:00 - 1:20: Rhythmic Yoga with Riam by Heartfulness

• 1:20 - 2:00: Yoga Nidra by ēka & Lululemon

Bring your own yoga mat and face towel. No outside food or drinks allowed.
