Rixos The Palm Dubai is hosting 21 community sessions for the Dubai Fitness Challenge, spread over five days by the lawn. The days are 7, 14, 15, 16 and 21 November 2026.
Sessions include red light sound healing yoga, antigravity yoga, an aqua circuit and an ice bath journey.
The Dubai Fitness Challenge runs from 31 Oct to 29 Nov and registration for it is free. You need to sign up in advance for the Rixos sessions, and you can do that through the Rixos link.
