The 45 Days on Us campaign offers selected businesses the opportunity to operate from a designated kiosk space at Al Ghurair Centre for 45 consecutive calendar days, subject to these Terms & Conditions. **Eligibility

• The campaign is open to legally registered businesses operating within the UAE.

• Applicants must possess all valid trade licenses, permits, approvals, and certifications required to conduct their business.

• Al Ghurair Centre reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation. **Selection Process

• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

• Applications will be reviewed based on business suitability, retail category, concept, product mix, operational readiness, and alignment with the mall's tenant mix.

• The decision of Al Ghurair Centre and its Leasing Committee shall be final and binding. **Kiosk Location

• The kiosk location shall be determined solely by Al Ghurair Centre.

• Applicants shall not have the right to request, reserve, or negotiate a specific location.

• Kiosk placement may be changed by Al Ghurair Centre at any time due to operational, leasing, safety, or event requirements. **Campaign Duration

The rent-free trading period is limited to 45 calendar days only. **Charges

• The campaign covers base kiosk rental only.

• The selected business shall remain responsible for all other applicable costs, including but not limited to:

• Utility charges (where applicable)

• Fit-out and decoration

• Branding and signage

• Insurance

• Staff salaries

• Visa and labour costs

• Municipality or government approvals

• Merchant licensing

• POS systems

• Internet and communication services

• Security deposits (if applicable)

• All kiosk designs, branding, displays, fixtures, and promotional materials must receive prior written approval from Al Ghurair Centre.
