Absolutely not recommended. Sensitive data from Apple Health is not processed locally on the iPhone, but uploaded to third-party servers, linked to your ID, and used for tracking. Health data doesn't belong online! Use the regular Apple Health app instead.
You can choose what gets shared. For example, something like climbing stairs doesn't fall under sensitive health data for me. You can also decline everything.
