Before they had the Nespresso Essenza Mini (halasaves link here) for 399 AED but now they got the better model Inissia D40 for 100 AED more.
Although you can get the standalone machine from Amazon for 371 AED (link here) which is already discounted by 50%, the carrefour bundle is a lot better. For 128 aed more, you get the nespresso frother and 100 AED credits to buy nespresso capsules.
