If you spend at least 25 AED at the famous Saravanaa Bhavan (my fave Dosa place here in UAE), you can get a Filter Coffee or Masala Tea for just 1 AED. The Dosas are around 15 AED and the coffee is 7.5 AED (but now 1 AED)
They have a ton of branches across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah so most people should have one nearby.
