Just contacted them. Their Dubai Mall branch just said that walk ins are welcome right now (but can't confirm for later dates). Hours are 10am until 9pm during Ramadan and 8am until 8pm after Eid. She suggested we don't visit during Eid (can't confirm if they will have available slots).
I reached out to them and they said that the screening is only available for patients who are covered under their affiliated insurance networks or if it’s an existing patient. They would require a copy of the Emirates ID along with the insurance details so they can verify eligibility before booking an appointment
Ah thanks for the info and checking. This was working (I personally contacted them and understood that it applies to all with just an Emirates ID). Most likely just expired and no longer applicable.
