Claude Code | 25% more usage limit permanently, effective immediately

I just saw that Claude Code has permanently increased its usage limits for all users by 25% . Knowing AI providers, let's hope it stays that way.

Currently, the regular subscriptions for heavy users are heavily subsidized.

Claude is an AI assistant from Anthropic for research, analysis, writing, and more complex tasks. Claude Cowork is particularly interesting, as it allows you to use Claude directly on your desktop for longer projects and multi-stage tasks.

This applies to all plans except the free ones: Pro, Max, and Team.

This promotion was a limited-time boost on top of your plan. It ran from May 13 through September 13, 2026. We were planning to return weekly limits to their original levels, but we know many of you found the extra usage helpful. So while the full promotional boost couldn't last, we're making part of it permanent: starting September 14, 2026, weekly limits in Claude Code are 25% higher than they were before the promotion for Pro, Max, Team, and seat-based Enterprise plans. We have a lot more in the works around usage, visibility, and control, so stay tuned.

This promotion was available for Pro, Max, and Team plans, as well as legacy seat-based users on Enterprise plans. Free plans and consumption-based Enterprise seats were not included in this promotion.
